The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Overeem pushes Anderson up against the cage in a clinch. Anderson misses with a body punch.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Overeem. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The ground and pound from Overeem seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
