Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Norbert Grupe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyron Woodley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Grupe might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Organized Konfusion - Bring It On (Buckwild Remix) . On his way into the cage it seems that Norbert Grupe has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Norbert Grupe seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

12 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Tyron Woodley!
The judges for this bout are , Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Woodley tries to bum rush Grupe with a series of wild strikes but Grupe uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Woodley tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Woodley will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Grupe misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Woodley flicks out a counter leg kick but Grupe steps away.
Grupe gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Woodley passes easily into side control. Nice work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Woodley throws an elbow but Grupe slips to the side and avoids it well.

Woodley keeps control of the position as Grupe tries to break free.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Grupe is trying to remain composed but Woodley is hammering down strikes to the side of his head.

Grupe looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.

Grupe manages to reverse the position and now he's in Woodley's guard. Nice work there by Grupe.
Woodley lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Grupe is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Woodley not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Grupe appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Grupe ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Woodley shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Grupe manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Grupe wants to stand and escape but Woodley is having none of it.
Woodley is in close to Grupe's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Grupe wants to sweep but no luck.
Woodley stands and throws Grupe's legs to the side, diving into side control.

A lull in the action here as Woodley stalls from top position.

Woodley is looking to take a break and control but Grupe is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Woodley lands a decent elbow from side control.

Grupe is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
Grupe trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.

Woodley in side control here. He's dropped a big elbow there and Grupe looks hurt! Oh, he is hurt! Woodley turns on the heat and pounds him out for a TKO victory! Good killer instinct there!

After winning the bout, Tyron Woodley thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
Norbert Grupe spoke after the fight, saying 'sorry fans, sorry boss, sorry organisation but i will retire now!'.
