Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Franklyn Burris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mario Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Silva's choice of entrance music: Cult Of Personality. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Luis Engracia and Matheus Silva.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Burris clinches up with Silva and pushes him back against the cage.
Silva throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Burris blocks it with crossed arms.

Burris jumps into guard, dragging Silva to the mat.
Burris is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Burris working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Silva doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Silva manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Silva thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Burris throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Silva escapes and throws Burris's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Burris is trying to control Silva's posture but Silva avoids it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Burris tries to bench press Silva off him but Silva keeps the position.

That's one minute gone in the round.
You can see the frustration on Burris's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Silva is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Burris knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Silva wants to lay and pray for a moment but Burris keeps working.
Burris trying to control but Silva flips him over like a cheap hooker and has his back!

Silva has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Burris is defending well but eventually Silva manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Burris has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
