Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Marcin Kozowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Krisn Khan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kozowski falls off balance throwing a combination
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Kozowski has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Khan.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Kozowski checks a leg kick.
Kozowski closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Khan to the mat! Khan manages to get full guard.

Kozowski slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kozowski seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Khan for as long as he can get away with.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kozowski is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Khan to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Khan shrugs it off.

Khan is controlling an arm, preventing Kozowski from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.
Kozowski looking for a guillotine from mount but Khan is having none of it.
Kozowski has hold of an arm here, looking to extend it. He's committed to the armbar attempt here! Will he get it?! Yes! Khan is forced to tap!
