The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lord misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Osborn seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Lord tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Osborn counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Lord!
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Osborn is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Lord is trying to escape and Osborn transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Lord is forced to tap! Nice work there by Osborn! Very nice indeed!
