Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Melvin Garcia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nathan Young (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Young has chosen The Rapture - Echoes as his entrance music. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Melvin Garcia! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Nathan Young! The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Patrick Alders and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Young darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Young is working for a kimura but Garcia is defending it quite comfortably.

Young is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Garcia is just riding it out for now. Young eventually gives up the hold. Young seems to be working for a kimura but Garcia defends the submission attempt. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Garcia actively working from the bottom here. Garcia looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Garcia is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Young pulls his head out easily. Garcia is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Young's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Young's back! Young has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it. Young wants to escape the position.

Garcia wants to finish this one by submission but Young is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Garcia. Garcia will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Garcia is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Young to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Young shrugs it off. Young regains half guard. Garcia is trying to work for a kimura but Young is defending well.

Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground! Garcia is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Young has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Garcia. Oh but Young has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Garcia goes limp - he's gone! Young jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:18 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Nathan Young! After the fight, Nathan Young was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly. Melvin Garcia spoke after the fight, saying 'Props to the other guy, but I think it was a fluke. But I want to give a shout out to Dissolution Fight Wear.'.
