The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Paul Aken and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Grimes.
Grimes fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Hogan lifts his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
Carl Grimes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Grimes shoots in for a takedown but Hogan shows good takedown defense.

Grimes throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hogan's waist but Hogan gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Grimes off to one side.

Grimes is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
