Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jon Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gladius Forescyth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jon Jones!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Gladius Forescyth!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Phil Schofield and Andrew Berry.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jones has closed the distance and engaged Forescyth in a clinch.
Jones is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Forescyth pulls him back up using the underhooks.
A shot in the inside from Forescyth.
Jones is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Jones wants a takedown.
Forescyth is looking to break free of the clinch but Jones has double underhooks.
Jones keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Forescyth's efforts to push away.

Forescyth manages to break the clinch.
Forescyth is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Forescyth tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Jones defends well and Forescyth ends up having to push Jones into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Jones is trying hard to land a takedown here. Forescyth sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Jones goes for a double leg but Forescyth avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Forescyth continues to drive forward.
Forescyth doesn't manage to clinch there - Jones circles away.

The fight stays on the outside here - Forescyth looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Jones rushes Forescyth and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Jones tries to break free but Forescyth pushes him back against the cage.

Jones pulls Forescyth into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Forescyth trying to control the position from guard on top but Jones is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Jones knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Forescyth on the ground.
Jones wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Jones is looking to stand up but Forescyth isn't so interested in that idea.
Jones lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Forescyth wants to sweep here but Jones controlling him for the moment.
Jones stops Forescyth from standing up.

Jones decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Jones shoots for a takedown but Forescyth saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Forescyth fails with a takedown attempt.

Jones throws a sloppy head kick and Forescyth moves out of range easily.
Forescyth shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Jones defends it nicely.
Forescyth misses with a looping right.
Jones is looking to counter the offense by Forescyth and move into the clinch.

Forescyth feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Forescyth won't allow Jones to sweep him here.

Jones throws a strike from the bottom that misses.

Forescyth thows a huge punch but Jones dodges it nicely.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jones is trying to control but can't.
Jones is refusing to be controlled, as Forescyth sits in half guard.
Jones is trying to get back to full guard.
Jones wants to control but Forescyth is keeping busy.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

Jones tries for a takedown but Forescyth sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Gladius Forescyth will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Forescyth moves out of range as Jones throws a body kick.

Forescyth moves into the clinch successfully.
Forescyth tries to stall but Jones uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Jones looking for a takedown.
Jones wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Jones blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Jones has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Jones seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Forescyth for as long as he can get away with.

A quick step to the side and Jones tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Forescyth has a takedown stuffed.
Jones dives in and grabs Forescyth's left leg, looking for a takedown. Forescyth pushes down on Jones's head and hops out.
Forescyth steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Jones.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jon Jones. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Jones leaves Forescyth with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Jon Jones is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Jones has Forescyth up against the cage in a clinch.
Forescyth wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Jones has him pressed against the cage.
Jones blocks a body shot from Forescyth.

Forescyth escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Jones pulls Forescyth into guard.
Jones utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Jones has a closed guard, preventing Forescyth from standing up.
Forescyth wants to control from the top but Jones keeps moving.

Forescyth chips away with some ground and pound.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close second round but I would say that Jon Jones will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Jones manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Jones looking to hit a scissor sweep but Forescyth is one step ahead there.
Forescyth wants to control from the top but Jones keeps moving.

Jones has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Forescyth is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Jones.
Forescyth happy to just control the position for now.
Jones is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Forescyth is one step ahead and moves to full mount!
Forescyth throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Jones because Forescyth loaded up on that one.
Gladius Forescyth has got the better of the ground game so far.
Jones tries to hold on but Forescyth postures up.
Forescyth scores with a couple of good head shots there.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Forescyth tries to control but Jones wriggling away.

Forescyth wants to finish this one by submission but Jones is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Forescyth.
Jones is squirming around, avoiding Forescyth's attempts to control the action.
Forescyth scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Jones working to try and regain half guard.
Jones tries to lock up and control but Forescyth gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Forescyth is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Jones to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Jones shrugs it off.
Jones tries to hold on but Forescyth postures up.
Forescyth trying to control but Jones is having none of it.
Jones is looking to improve his position but Forescyth isn't that keen on the idea.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Forescyth cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Jones wants to control but Forescyth is having none of it.
Poor strikes thrown by Forescyth there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Forescyth landing strikes, looking to finish!
Jones sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Forescyth seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Jones does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Forescyth is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Forescyth passes the guard and advances to mount!

And that's the end of the fight!
Gladius Forescyth comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Forescyth has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
