PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Anderson Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paco Gutierrez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Paco Gutierrez told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Gracie will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Gracie moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Gutierrez shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Gutierrez was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Gutierrez really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Gracie. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Gracie will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
