The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice uppercut there from Sayed.
It looks like Quin Kenobi has been cut.
Kenobi throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Kenobi stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Sayed.
Sayed lands with a straight right. Kenobi didn't see that one coming.
Kenobi misses with a takedown attempt
and Sayed counters with a straight right hand.
Kenobi is rocked!
Sayed misses with a hook. Kenobi ducked under it nicely.
Kenobi half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Good work by Sayed as he checks the leg kick.
Sayed gets caught flat footed, as Kenobi shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

We've been hearing that Kenobi has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.

Sayed pulls Kenobi in close to prevent any damage.
Kenobi is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Kenobi stands and throws Sayed's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Kenobi is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Sayed is trying to escape and Kenobi transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Sayed is forced to tap! Nice work there by Kenobi! Very nice indeed!
