Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mitchel Thompson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andreas Moore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thompson comes to the cage accompanied by Smashing pumpkins - Disarm. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Michael Johnstone and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thompson throws a body punch but Moore moves out of range.
Moore slips a straight right by Thompson.
Moore shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Moore tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Thompson manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Thompson comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Thompson seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Moore needs to keep his hands up - Thompson had a free shot at his head there.

Thompson has Moore pressed against the cage, preventing Moore from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Moore jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Thompson walks away with a smile on his face. Moore gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Thompson rushes Moore and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round.

Thompson pushes Moore against the cage. Thompson is working some dirty boxing. Thompson pushes off with a quick right hook! Moore goes down! Moore tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Thompson moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!

Mitchel Thompson spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
