The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Veres staying out of range there. Bronson throws a jab but it's blocked by Veres. Bronson fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Veres manages to avoid it. As Bronson backs off Veres throws a huge counter combo but Bronson manages to avoid it all. Bronson closes the distance and pushes Veres back into the cage. Good body shot from Veres.

Veres is rocked! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Veres lands a hook that snaps the head of Bronson backwards. Veres is still on wobbly legs! Can Bronson finish him? Veres has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. Bronson seems to have the measure of him in the clinch so far, so let's see if Veres can turn it around. Bronson keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Veres's efforts to push away. Veres seems to have recovered his senses. Bronson presses Veres against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. Bronson blocking some punches.
Bronson gets through Veres's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Bronson swings away with an uppercut that misses.
