Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Shaun Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dack Fayden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
16 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Shaun Johnson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
20 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dack Fayden! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Johnson on the wrong end of a nice hook. Fayden fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Johnson lands a glancing blow to the side of Fayden's head. Fayden checks a leg kick. Fayden fails with a takedown attempt from distance. An attempted straight right counter from Johnson misses the target. Johnson slips a jab from Fayden. Excellent takedown into side control there by Johnson. Fayden regains half guard, as Johnson was trying to land strikes. Fayden is looking to improve his position.
Johnson passes to full mount! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Fayden tries to get back to half guard but can't. Johnson misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fayden is looking to get to half guard. Johnson trying to control but Fayden is having none of it. A nice elbow there by Johnson.
It looks like Dack Fayden has been cut. Fayden wants to control but Johnson is having none of it. Johnson scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Fayden?
Johnson looking to ground and pound but Fayden is blocking nicely. Fayden is trying desperately to improve position. Johnson scoring with strikes but Fayden is staying in there.
The cut above Dack Fayden's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fayden wants to hold on but Johnson pushes him away. Johnson content just to control the position here. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Johnson cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Johnson prevents Fayden from getting the reversal. Johnson thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Fayden is trying to escape the mount.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Johnson working away from the top, dropping strikes.
Dack Fayden's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Dack Fayden's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Shaun Johnson! An out of breath and clearly excited Shaun Johnson thanked ONI for their help and support (and free stuff they sent him).
