Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Dominick Cruz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Bryan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dominick Cruz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
19 - 10 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Daniel Bryan! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Robert Twigg and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bryan tries for a takedown but Cruz circles away easily and Cruz counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Cruz. Bryan prevents Cruz from breaking the clinch. Cruz drags the fight down to the ground.
Cruz wants to sweep but no luck. Cruz keeping moving, preventing Bryan from controlling successfully. Cruz can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Bryan controls the pace. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Cruz is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cruz is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Cruz is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Bryan defends well. Cruz working a defensive guard here.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Bryan fails with a takedown attempt. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Bryan. Dominick Cruz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Daniel Bryan.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Bryan tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Cruz paws at him with a jab and circles away. Bryan looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Cruz is fending him off so far but Bryan persists. Nope, Cruz circles away and we're back to standing. Cruz swats away the attempt to clinch by Bryan. Cruz defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Bryan. Bryan tries for a takedown but Cruz sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. It looked like Cruz wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Cruz gets caught napping as Bryan dives in and scores a takedown. Cruz manages to retain guard. Bryan stands up from Cruz's guard - Bryan perhaps looking for a knockout. Cruz throws a sloppy head kick and Bryan moves out of range easily. Bryan misses with a head kick.
Cruz moves into the clinch. Cruz prevents the takedown attempt.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bryan is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Bryan trying to stall but Cruz improves his position.

Cruz is trying to pull guard but Bryan turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Bryan looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Bryan fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Bryan is trying to force a seperation but Cruz has the dominant position. Cruz jumps into guard, dragging Bryan to the mat.
Bryan is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Bryan wants to control from the top but Cruz keeps moving.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Cruz working a defensive guard here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Cruz can't keep his opponent in guard - Bryan advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Cruz trying to control here.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Cruz on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Dominick Cruz will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Bryan tries to clinch there but Cruz circles away.
Cruz feinted with a counter takedown. Bryan tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Cruz swivels and escapes. Bryan misses with a body kick. Dominick Cruz is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Bryan shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Bryan showed some decent athleticism there. Bryan is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Bryan wants to stand but Cruz is holding on to him, trying to stop him posturing up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Cruz bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Bryan looking for a triangle here. Cruz is fighting it but it looks tight! Bryan pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Cruz is tapping out - this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Choke). Daniel Bryan! Post fight, an emotional Daniel Bryan said 'YES! YES! YES! YES! YES! '.
