Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Craig Anderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Colt McLaren (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Anderson comes to the cage accompanied by The High Road. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

17 - 12 - 1, fighting out of New York, Colt McLaren! The judges for this bout are James Glass, James Atkins and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McLaren drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. McLaren stopping the sweep attempt from Anderson. McLaren throws a big elbow that misses. McLaren engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Anderson is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. McLaren trying to control but Anderson is working from the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Anderson manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. McLaren manages to get himself to full guard.

Our spies down at at Black Widow Gym inform us that McLaren has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off?
