Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shaq ONeil (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Toyoki Kawamura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shaq ONeil could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Toyoki Kawamura's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Shigeki Fujiwara and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kawamura tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. ONeil manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Some bone on bone action there as ONeil checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

ONeil really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Kawamura wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

and ONeil cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

ONeil checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Kawamura throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

The fight stays on the outside here - Kawamura looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
ONeil swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Kawamura.
