Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Denis Henry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jos Rodri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Denis Henry! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jos Rodri! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Stewart Dunkirk and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Henry tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Rodri manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Henry misses with a two punch combination.
As Henry backs off Rodri throws a huge counter combo but Henry manages to avoid it all. Henry forces Rodri back against the cage and clinches. Rodri lands a takedown into guard.
Rodri should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Henry has a closed guard, preventing Rodri from standing up. Rodri slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Rodri trying to stand up but can't free himself from Henry's guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Henry keeping moving, preventing Rodri from controlling successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round. Henry is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Rodri in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Henry tries to land a sweep but no joy. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Henry has his foot on Rodri's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Rodri works his way back into a safe position though. Rodri throws a big elbow that misses.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Rodri drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Henry is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Henry wants to improve his position but Rodri is controlling well.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Rodri passes into side control, despite Henry's attempt to control the position.
Henry tries to improve position but can't. Rodri decides to take the fight back to the feet. Rodri dodges the punch combination from Henry.
Rodri steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Henry. Henry throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Rodri. Henry tries to clinch but Rodri is having none of it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Henry scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Rodri tries to roll over but Henry keeps him under control. Rodri is trying to maintain the position but Henry is very close to passing his half guard. Rodri wants to get back to full guard. Rodri is trying to escape back to his feet but Henry uses the scramble to pass into side control.
Henry landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Henry really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rodri tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Henry wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. You can see the frustration on Rodri's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Henry just content to control the position. Henry tries to stand but Rodri is controlling his head. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Rodri wants to control but Henry postures up.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Denis Henry will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Despite the aggression on Rodri's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Excellent takedown into side control there by Rodri. Henry tries to get back to half guard but can't. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rodri wants to control but Henry is keeping him busy. Henry wants to control but Rodri postures up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Henry is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Rodri is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Rodri has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Henry looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Rodri changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Rodri closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Henry quickly recovers to half guard. Henry holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now. Rodri is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Henry doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Rodri. Henry looks like he's trying to stand up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Henry makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Henry. Henry keeping moving, preventing Rodri from controlling successfully. Henry has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Rodri can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Henry looking for a guillotine here but Rodri defends easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rodri trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Rodri trying to control but Henry is working from the bottom. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Rodri throwing strikes from guard but Henry blocks nicely.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Henry dives in and grabs Rodri's left leg, looking for a takedown. Rodri pushes down on Henry's head and hops out. Rodri with the counter takedown but Henry avoids it easily. Henry gets a clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Henry escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Henry closes the distance but Rodri moves to the side and Rodri counters with a two punch combo. Henry tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Henry tries to land a leg kick but Rodri saw it coming and moves away.
Rodri is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Henry misses with a head kick.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Henry throws a series of punches but Rodri moves out of range. Henry doesn't manage to clinch there - Rodri circles away.

Jos Rodri showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Henry's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Henry tries to close the distance and clinch up but Rodri swats him away and circles back towards the center. Rodri steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Henry. Rodri tries to stand but Henry is controlling from the bottom. Rodri trying to control but Henry is working from the bottom. Henry can't keep his opponent in guard - Rodri advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Henry is looking to escape. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Rodri wants to pass to mount but Henry is defending the position. Henry wants to control but Rodri is keeping busy and won't allow it.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Henry throws a left and a right that both miss
and Rodri counters with a series of strikes. Henry will be more careful next time no doubt. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Henry misses with a combination
and Rodri counters with a one-two to the body.
And that's the end of the fight! Jos Rodri comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Rodri has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
