Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jonas Gostosao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rafa Submissao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gostosao closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Submissao did well to prevent Gostosao getting side control.

Submissao bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
You can see the frustration on Gostosao's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Gostosao changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Submissao looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Submissao throws a solid leg kick but Gostosao takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Submissao.

Gostosao shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Gostosao was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Submissao shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Gostosao is trying to defend but Submissao finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Submissao is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Gostosao knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
