Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Barney Rubble (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and All Sure (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Barney Rubble has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Barney Rubble!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, All Sure!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Alec Ball and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sure tries to keep at a distance but Rubble has taken the fight into the clinch.
Sure looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Rubble breaks from the clinch.
Sure looks to land a combination but Rubble avoids it well.
Rubble moves in looking to clinch but Sure pushes him off.

Rubble drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Rubble throwing strikes from guard but Sure blocks nicely.
Sure utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Rubble drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Rubble jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Sure can do anything to dispel that myth.

Rubble postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Sure looks a forlorn figure.

It seemed like Sure was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Rubble shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Sure sprawls well. Sure wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Rubble gets slowly back to his feet.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Rubble closes the distance and clinches up with Sure, looking for a takedown. Rubble pushes Sure against the cage but Sure circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Sure gets caught napping as Rubble dives in and scores a takedown. Sure manages to retain guard.

Barney Rubble overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Sure has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Rubble can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Rubble loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Rubble, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
