Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kornelius Bobulus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ben Hell Bringer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kornelius Bobulus! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ben Hell Bringer! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Kenichi Hosakawa and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hell Bringer tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Bobulus defends well and Hell Bringer ends up having to push Bobulus into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Bobulus scores with a takedown into Hell Bringer's guard. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Hell Bringer can do anything to dispel that myth. Bobulus trying to control the position from guard on top but Hell Bringer is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Hell Bringer is looking for a guillotine. Bobulus got a little sloppy there for a moment and Hell Bringer has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Bobulus has managed to get both his arms back between Hell Bringer's legs - danger averted. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bobulus postures up in Hell Bringer's guard and throws a big left but Hell Bringer blocks it. Bobulus trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Hell Bringer is looking for a sweep. Bobulus is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Bobulus not landing any meaningful shots this time. Hell Bringer trying to hold on to Bobulus's head to control him but Bobulus postures up.
Hell Bringer works his way to full guard. Good work. Bobulus wants to control from the top but Hell Bringer keeps moving.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hell Bringer throws his legs up looking for a submission but Bobulus uses it to pass to side control.
Hell Bringer is trying to control Bobulus's posture but Bobulus avoids it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bobulus postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Bobulus trying to control the action but Hell Bringer is working from the bottom. Hell Bringer is holding Bobulus down, trying to stall. Bobulus throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Hell Bringer manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Hell Bringer looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Hell Bringer is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Hell Bringer trying to hold on to Bobulus's head to control him but Bobulus postures up.
Hell Bringer actively working from the bottom here. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Hell Bringer missing with punches from the bottom.
Hell Bringer keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Kornelius Bobulus will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Hell Bringer bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Hell Bringer scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Bobulus to see if he's OK. Hell Bringer trying to control the position but Bobulus is working away. Hell Bringer lands a nice forearm strike. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hell Bringer wants to take a breather but Bobulus manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Hell Bringer. Bobulus connects with a couple of short punches. Bobulus has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Hell Bringer is proving hard to escape from. Bobulus trying to control but Hell Bringer is working from the bottom. Hell Bringer throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Hell Bringer pushes a forearm under Bobulus's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Bobulus is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
