Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lauren Levy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Karl Kroenen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Karl Kroenen will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Lauren Levy! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Karl Kroenen! The judges for this bout are William Gold, Paul Tew and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Levy tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Kroenen closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Kroenen lands in his opponent's guard. Kroenen prevents Levy from getting back to his feet. Levy throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Levy looking to control.
Levy could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Kroenen would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kroenen is fighting to break Levy's control of his arms but Levy is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Kroenen avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Levy controlling Kroenen's posture. Kroenen trying to control the position from guard on top but Levy is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Levy throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Levy is trying to control the position but Kroenen postures up.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Levy shoots in for a takedown but Kroenen shows good takedown defense. Kroenen is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Levy's half guard. Kroenen wants to free his trapped foot but Levy is holding on for dear life with his legs. Levy is trying to get back to full guard. Levy is trying to control but can't.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kroenen passes into side control, despite Levy's attempt to control the position.
Kroenen misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Kroenen wants to control but Levy is keeping him busy. Kroenen slips into full mount, dodging the strikes by Levy. Kroenen avoids the attempt from Levy to control. Levy holds on for dear life. Kroenen prevents Levy from getting the reversal.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kroenen wants to control the pace but Levy is squirming around nicely. Levy is working to get back to half guard.
Levy tries to hold on but Kroenen postures up. Kroenen looking to control but Levy is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Kroenen is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Kroenen avoids the attempt from Levy to control. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Levy throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Karl Kroenen dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
A bone on bone clash there as Levy blocks the leg kick.
Levy tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Kroenen manages to circle out of the way. Kroenen fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Levy, pushing him back against the cage. Levy is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Kroenen is defending well. Kroenen stops a takedown attempt from Levy.
Kroenen pulls guard successfully.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Levy thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Levy is stalling in the full guard. Levy has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Kroenen is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Kroenen closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Levy to the mat! Levy manages to get full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kroenen avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Levy has his foot on Kroenen's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Kroenen works his way back into a safe position though. Levy trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. Levy is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Kroenen defends well. Kroenen trying to control but Levy is working from the bottom. Kroenen would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Levy looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Levy had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Kroenen defends it easily. Levy trying to strike off his back.
Levy thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Levy trying to control the position.

Levy will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Kroenen is fighting to break Levy's control of his arms but Levy is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Levy trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! Kroenen has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Kroenen tries to stand but Levy is controlling from the bottom.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Levy changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kroenen tries to avoid it but Levy manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kroenen to the ground. Kroenen escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lauren Levy. That's going to take a lot out of him. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Levy closes the distance and pushes Kroenen back into the cage. The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Kroenen. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man. Kroenen stalling against the cage.
Levy has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Kroenen is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Levy using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Kroenen has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Kroenen breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Kroenen getting the better of the striking in that exchange. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Karl Kroenen showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

"I don't think so" says Kroenen as he avoids it easily. Kroenen throws a combination that misses and Levy counters with a nice body shot. Levy looks to score with a jab to the body but Kroenen is just out of range. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Good standup being displayed there by Kroenen as he connects with a hook. Kroenen tries to close the distance and clinch but Levy swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Kroenen dives in and scores a takedown into Levy's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kroenen wants to control from the top but Levy keeps moving. Kroenen wants to pass the guard but Levy is keeping the position. Kroenen got a little sloppy there for a moment and Levy has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Kroenen has managed to get both his arms back between Levy's legs - danger averted. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Kroenen drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Levy dives on top into guard. Kroenen is looking to sweep but instead, Levy has passed into half guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Kroenen tries to get to full guard but Levy has control of the leg. Levy controlling the pace. Kroenen is trying to control but Levy manages to pass to mount!
Levy is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Kroenen can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Levy looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Levy prevents Kroenen from getting the reversal. Kroenen tries to lock up and control but Levy gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Levy content just to control the position here. Kroenen tries to hold on but Levy pushes him away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Levy tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Levy is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Kroenen can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

And that's the end of the fight! Lauren Levy showed his dominance in that final round. Well Kroenen has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
