Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lawrence D'Angelo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmi Nedram (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). D\'Angelo comes into the arena with Here Comes The Money blaring out of the sound system. Nedram has chosen Walk With Me In HELL!!!! as his entrance music. Jimmi Nedram has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Lawrence D\'Angelo's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Lawrence D'Angelo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jimmi Nedram! The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Alyssa Summers and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! D'Angelo misses with an uppercut. Nedram closes the distance and clinches. A head punch blocked on the inside by Nedram. D'Angelo is trying to force a seperation but Nedram has the dominant position. Nedram breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
D'Angelo keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Nedram. D'Angelo looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Nedram throws a right and a left that D'Angelo avoids nicely. D'Angelo throwing a counter right hand but Nedram manages to avoid it. D'Angelo gets caught napping as Nedram dives in and scores a takedown. D'Angelo manages to retain guard. D'Angelo trying to strike off his back.
D'Angelo can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Nedram controls the pace. It looks like Nedram might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nedram's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Nedram working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
That's one minute gone in the round. D'Angelo striking off his back but it's not causing Nedram any problems. Nedram's corner is telling him to maintain position. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Nedram won't allow D'Angelo to sweep him here.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. D'Angelo looks to land a combination but Nedram avoids it well. D'Angelo looks to land a left hand but Nedram moved out of range nicely. D'Angelo digs a good body shot into Nedram's ribs. A right-left combo lands from D'Angelo. Nedram scores with a nice head shot.
It looks like Lawrence D'Angelo has been cut. Nedram showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from D'Angelo.
Nedram has D'Angelo up against the cage in a clinch.

Nedram makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. A short right from Nedram. Nedram has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed D'Angelo clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! I would not like to be D'Angelo right now.
D'Angelo tries to roll but Nedram sticks to his back.
Nedram struggling to land strikes to the head as D'Angelo covers up. D'Angelo rolls, trying to escape but Nedram keeps control of the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. What can D'Angelo do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
Nedram controlling well, preventing D'Angelo from escaping the position.
Nedram controls the action. D'Angelo is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
A bit of a pause in the action here. Nedram controlling the positon.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nedram has his opponent's back but D'Angelo is looking to stand. He manages to get to his feet and shakes off Nedram. D'Angelo lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Nedram bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Nedram tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Nedram fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt D'Angelo. A swing and a miss from D'Angelo. D'Angelo fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Nedram closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. D'Angelo did well to prevent Nedram getting side control. Nedram prevents D'Angelo from improving his position. Nedram trying to control the pace.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. D'Angelo tries to roll over but Nedram keeps him under control. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jimmi Nedram dominated that round. The cut man is working on Lawrence D'Angelo's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Nedram slips a jab and a cross from D'Angelo.
Nedram is looking to take this fight into the clinch. D'Angelo misses the jab. Nedram dodges the punch combination from D'Angelo.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Nedram! But no joy. D'Angelo scores with a nice strike. Nice defenses there by Nedram. Nedram throws a jab but it's blocked by D'Angelo. Lawrence D'Angelo is winning the standup battle so far. Nedram closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Nedram escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
D'Angelo misses with a hook. Nedram ducked under it nicely. Nedram drops down looking to force a counter takedown but D'Angelo defends it well. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nedram tries for a takedown but D'Angelo sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Lawrence D'Angelo is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Nedram tries to score a power double leg takedown but D'Angelo sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Nedram somewhat. Lawrence D'Angelo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. D'Angelo throws out a loose jab but Nedram uses good head movement to avoid it. D'Angelo throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nedram tries to clinch up but D'Angelo circles away and keeps his distance. D'Angelo moves into range and connects with a jab. Sloppy strikes from D'Angelo. Those never looked like landing. The fighters circle momentarily. Nedram darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Nedram moves in looking to clinch but D'Angelo pushes him off. Nedram getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
D'Angelo is rocked! Nedram defending well as D'Angelo loads up on a big left hand. Oh D'Angelo is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Nedram is looking for a takedown. Wow, that's a brutal slam - D'Angelo is in big trouble! Nedram is landing strikes from the mount and this one is all over! The ref jumps in to save a confused looking D'Angelo. Poor guy.
