Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mica Makaaja (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Terry Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Makaaja kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is BassLovers United - I Can't Dance. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Makaaja shoots in and drives through. Smith sprawls well.
Smith tries a low kick but Makaaja avoids it.

and Smith counters with a crisp one two that drops Makaaja! Smith thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Makaaja to his feet! Makaaja is in big trouble!

Makaaja has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Smith can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Smith got a little sloppy there for a moment and Makaaja has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Smith has managed to get both his arms back between Makaaja's legs - danger averted.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Terry Smith seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Smith fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Makaaja to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Makaaja looks to clinch but Smith throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Makaaja taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
