Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jamey Stuart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Borys Maniek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Borys Maniek looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jamey Stuart! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Borys Maniek! The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Valeri Chadov and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Maniek dives in and scores a takedown into Stuart's guard. Maniek content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Stuart is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Maniek is controlling him. Stuart really is a fat lump. Maniek slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Maniek postures up.
Stuart is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Maniek makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Maniek stops Stuart from standing up.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Stuart moves into the clinch successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round. Maniek is trying to trip Stuart. He has hold of a leg but Stuart is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Maniek persists though and gets the takedown into guard. Stuart is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Maniek dives into side control.
Stuart sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Stuart is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Maniek scores with a couple of nice shots. Maniek stalling. Maniek wants to advance to full mount but Stuart doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead. Maniek stops Stuart from standing up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stuart utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Stuart is looking for a triangle here but Maniek uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Stuart might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Stuart is looking for a sweep. Stuart is trying to get back to his feet. Stuart tries to get back to half guard but can't. Stuart tries to escape but Maniek is in control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Stuart darts in and clinches Maniek up against the cage. Stuart fails to pull the fight into his guard.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch. Stuart jumps guard but Maniek turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Stuart is breathing heavily. Maniek breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Excellent takedown into side control there by Maniek.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Maniek tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Maniek wants to stand but Stuart is controlling his arm. Maniek slows the pace down. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Maniek is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Stuart has escaped the position, nice work there. Maniek prevents Stuart from escaping the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Borys Maniek dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Maniek shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Maniek was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Stuart wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Maniek has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Maniek working the body and head with strikes. Stuart is trying to buck Maniek off. Maniek wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Stuart, who protects the arm well. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Maniek is looking to take a break and control but Stuart is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Maniek is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Maniek controls the position. Stuart sneaks out the side door and pushes Maniek away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape. Stuart gets caught flat footed, as Maniek shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Maniek wants to control from the top but Stuart keeps moving. Maniek throws a big elbow that misses. Maniek won't allow Stuart to sweep him here. Stuart is looking to stand up but Maniek isn't so interested in that idea.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Maniek is looking to stand up but Stuart won't let him. Stuart is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Maniek is controlling him.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Jamey Stuart is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Stuart fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Maniek darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Stuart is not content to let Maniek control the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Maniek throwing shots but Stuart is blocking nicely. Maniek performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Maniek wants to pass the guard but Stuart is defending well. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Stuart is looking to escape.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Stuart shoots in but no luck this time. Maniek tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Stuart has Maniek up against the cage in a clinch.
A frustrated look appears on Stuart's face as he tries to break the clinch. Stuart stalling the fight.
Maniek turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Maniek tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Maniek has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Stuart wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Borys Maniek showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
Maniek closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Maniek tries to pass to full mount but Stuart defends it. Stuart looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Maniek is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Stuart defends it well. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Stuart is trying to stand back up but Maniek is controlling him
Maniek takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stuart gets full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Stuart wants to stand and escape but Maniek is having none of it. Maniek engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Stuart gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Stuart is trying to drag Maniek to the mat but Maniek just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Stuart has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Maniek uses from the top position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stuart wriggles free and stands up. Stuart fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Maniek wants to counter the offense by Stuart and move into the clinch position. Stuart rushes Maniek and presses him up against the cage. Stuart dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage. Maniek has Stuart pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Maniek pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Stuart tumbling to the mat - Maniek dives into Stuart's guard. Maniek sitting in guard here, content to control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stuart is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Maniek slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Maniek with a flurry of punches that miss. Stuart is looking to stand up but Maniek isn't so interested in that idea.

And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Borys Maniek. I've got Maniek winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
