Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Dylan Robbins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Floyd Howard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dylan Robbins! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
20 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Floyd Howard! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Wesley Smith and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Robbins tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Howard manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Robbins misses with a combination
and Howard holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Howard is defending well against a takedown attempt. Howard gets underhooks to prevent Robbins's takedown attempt.
Robbins looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Robbins goes for a takedown attempt but Howard pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dylan Robbins. That's going to take a lot out of him. Howard drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Howard gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Robbins tries to clinch but Howard moves out of range. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Robbins is defended easily by Howard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Howard shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Howard is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Robbins is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Howard content to control rather than advance.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Robbins wants to sweep but Howard has passed to side control! Howard landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Robbins tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Howard wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. Howard lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Howard in side control lands a decent elbow.
Robbins is rocked! Howard should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Howard stands up and we're back to a striking position. Oh Robbins is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Howard scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Howard perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Howard working Robbins over with strikes. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Robbins is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Howard scores with a couple of nice shots.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Howard decides to return to a standing position. Howard has Robbins up against the cage in a clinch.

Howard jumps guard.
Howard looking for a guillotine here but Robbins defends easily.
Howard manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Robbins manages to get himself to full guard.
Howard is working Robbins over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Robbins looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Howard passes into side control.
Robbins is breathing heavily. Howard has hold of Robbins's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Robbins seems comfortable defending it but Howard has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Robbins is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Robbins is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Howard couldn't care less - he's delighted!
