Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hobber Constatius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Joe Ward (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ward has chosen Aint nobody got time for dat as his entrance music. John Joe Ward will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Hobber Constatius! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, John Joe Ward! The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, John Kavanagh and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ward is trying hard to land a takedown here. Constatius sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Ward closes the distance and lands a one-two.
It looks like Hobber Constatius has been cut. Constatius throws a predictable looking body shot
and Ward makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Ward doesn't manage to clinch there - Constatius circles away.
Constatius fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ward manages to avoid it. Constatius misses with a shot to the body letting Ward counter with a right hand. Ward shoots in and drives through. Constatius sprawls well. Constatius connects with a good right hand that stumbles Ward. Ward circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Constatius circles away from the clinch attempt.
Ward fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Constatius avoids it really well and circles away. Hobber Constatius has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of John Joe Ward. Ward ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
That's one minute gone in the round. Constatius tries to sprawl but Ward drives through with a takedown into half guard. Ward not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Ward lands strikes from half guard. Constatius regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Ward. Constatius preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Ward missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Ward trying to control the position from guard on top but Constatius is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ward working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Constatius keeping moving, preventing Ward from controlling successfully. Constatius utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Constatius is looking to sweep but instead, Ward has passed into half guard.

Ward is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Constatius wants to control the action here but instead Ward manages to pass to full mount! Ward lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Constatius is looking to improve his position but Ward isn't that keen on the idea. Ward avoids the attempt from Constatius to control. Ward is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Constatius can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Ward raining down shots from the mount! Ward is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Constatius to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Constatius shrugs it off. Ward unloading with bombs!
That's four minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. A nice elbow there by Ward. Constatius is in all sorts of trouble here.

Hobber Constatius's cut is getting worse. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Ward dominating with strikes here. Ward lands a couple of good shots and Constatius has given up his back, trying to escape the position!
Constatius is rocked!
Hobber Constatius's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it. Constatius is defending well here and trying to improve his position.
Ward lands with a hammerfist to the side of Constatius's head. Ward softening up his opponent with strikes here.

John Joe Ward dominated that round. The cut man is working on Hobber Constatius's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Ward defending well as Constatius loads up on a big left hand. Constatius misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Ward counters with a combination of strikes to the head and body that crumple Constatius! Ward working the head and body with strikes. John Joe Ward has got the better of the ground game so far. Ward tries to pass the half guard into mount. Constatius knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Ward is trying to control. Constatius wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Constatius on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Ward slips a nice elbow through Constatius's hands, connecting with Constatius's forehead. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ward not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Constatius has hold of Ward's hands but Ward slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Constatius holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now.
That's one minute gone in the round. Constatius won't allow Ward to pass to mount. Constatius is not content to let Ward control the position. Ward is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Constatius is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Ward jumps into side control! Constatius is looking for a sweep. Ward working the ground and pound. Constatius takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ward in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
Jeez, Hobber Constatius's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Hobber Constatius's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:26 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). John Joe Ward! A relieved looking John Joe Ward thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
