Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Fred Palowakski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Conan Balboa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Palowakski comes to the cage accompanied by Burning Down the House. Conan Balboa will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Alan Glass and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A left and a right from Palowakski both land. Nice combination.
It looks like Conan Balboa has been cut.
Balboa throws a nice inside leg kick.
Nice uppercut there from Balboa.
Balboa looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Palowakski looks to land a combination but Balboa avoids it well.
Balboa misses with a low kick.
Palowakski thows a left - swing and a miss!
Balboa throws a leg kick which misses Palowakski's front leg but catches the back leg as Palowakski tries to avoid it.
Jab, jab by Balboa - just one landing.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Balboa moves out of range as Palowakski strikes.
Good work by Palowakski as he checks the leg kick.
Nice defenses there by Balboa.
Balboa tries a low kick but Palowakski avoids it.
Palowakski manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Balboa on his heels. He'll look to pass Balboa's guard now, I'm sure.
Palowakski is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Palowakski postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Palowakski stands up over Balboa, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Palowakski controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Balboa is looking to stand back up but Palowakski counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Balboa.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Palowakski is taking a breather. Balboa says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Palowakski maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Balboa could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Palowakski has cracked it and Balboa is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Palowakski!
