Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Vince Run (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Edward Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Vince Run! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Edward Brown! The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Patrick Alders and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brown forces Run back against the cage and clinches. Brown is working Run over against the cage. Brown lands a body shot in the clinch.

Brown stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. Run is trying to break the clinch but Brown is controlling him. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Run. A head punch blocked on the inside by Brown. Run has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. A right hand to the body from Brown.
A short right from Brown. Brown makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. A short body shot lands from Brown as the two fighters clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A head punch on the inside from Run fails to land. Brown lands a right hand. A short right from Brown on the inside. Brown lands a right hand that snaps the head of Run backwards. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Brown lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Brown lands with a short head shot on the inside.
That's one minute gone in the round. A short right hand to the side of the head by Brown. Brown will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Run up against the cage. Run goes for a takedown attempt but Brown pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Brown drives through with a takedown into guard. Brown controls from within his opponent's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Brown drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Brown jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. That's three minutes gone in the round. Brown controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Brown postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Run is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Brown, into his guard. Run missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Brown preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Brown looking for a triangle here. Run is fighting it but it looks tight! Brown pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Run is tapping out - this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Choke). Edward Brown!
