PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Johhny Guns (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Olof Orkidea (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Orkidea is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by You're The Best. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Olof Orkidea was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Orkidea throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Orkidea connects with a high kick.
Guns shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Orkidea eats them both and turns towards Guns to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

It looks like Olof Orkidea has been cut.
Guns swings away with a body shot that misses
and Orkidea counters with a head kick. That will keep Guns thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

Guns dives in and scores a takedown into Orkidea's guard.

Guns drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Orkidea manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Guns has Orkidea in his guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Guns is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Orkidea defends well.

Guns bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Orkidea's guard.

Guns closes the distance and clinches up with Orkidea, looking for a takedown. Guns pushes Orkidea against the cage but Orkidea circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
