Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Thomas Neidhart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ian McDunn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McDunn has chosen Lost In Forever-P.O.D. as his entrance music. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Thomas Neidhart! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Ian McDunn! The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, William Gold and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Neidhart slips under a jab. Neidhart throws a lazy head kick and McDunn connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. McDunn throws out a loose jab but Neidhart uses good head movement to avoid it. McDunn fails with an attempt to clinch.
A big left from McDunn misses. Neidhart avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
McDunn gets caught napping as Neidhart dives in and scores a takedown. McDunn manages to retain guard. McDunn looking for a sweep. Not yet McDunn, not yet. McDunn preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Neidhart looking to control the position here, rather than advance. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as McDunn holds on and takes a little breather.
That's one minute gone in the round. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Neidhart pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. McDunn is keeping the position for now. McDunn has his hands on Neidhart's head, controlling the position. McDunn escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Neidhart gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Neidhart looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Neidhart tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Neidhart.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Neidhart fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
McDunn looks to land a body kick but Neidhart moved away. Neidhart pulls out of a head kick attempt.
McDunn has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. No joy there for Neidhart, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
McDunn pushes Neidhart up against the cage in a clinch. Neidhart leaning his opponent against the cage. Neidhart stalling the fight.
McDunn goes for a takedown attempt but Neidhart pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
McDunn lands with a kick to the ribs.

Neidhart gets a double leg takedown into McDunn's guard. Neidhart pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. McDunn is keeping the position for now. Neidhart wants to control from the top but McDunn keeps moving. McDunn avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. McDunn seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Neidhart with a flurry of punches that miss. Neidhart tries to free his leg and advance position but McDunn is retaining full guard. Neidhart trying to control but McDunn is working from the bottom. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
That's four minutes gone in the round. McDunn bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Neidhart's guard. Neidhart has his hands on McDunn's head, controlling the position. McDunn tries to free his leg and advance position but Neidhart is retaining full guard. Neidhart is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
McDunn missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. McDunn pushes down on Neidhart's leg and manages to get into half guard. Neidhart is pressing down on McDunn's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Thomas Neidhart dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
McDunn pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Thomas Neidhart is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. McDunn misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Neidhart drops McDunn with a left and a right! Oh, McDunn is hurt - Neidhart dives into side control looking to finish!
It looks like Ian McDunn has been cut. Neidhart is looking to take a break and control but McDunn is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. McDunn is looking for a sweep. Neidhart goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, McDunn has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Neidhart but great work by McDunn. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. McDunn landing strikes. McDunn lands a nice forearm strike. Neidhart is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that McDunn can do to turn this around? Neidhart managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by McDunn.
McDunn misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Neidhart gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. McDunn is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Neidhart reverses the position - he's now on top in McDunn's guard. McDunn wants to sweep here but Neidhart controlling him for the moment. Neidhart throwing strikes from guard but McDunn blocks nicely. McDunn looking to hit a scissor sweep but Neidhart is one step ahead there. McDunn working a defensive guard here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. McDunn working for a triangle but Neidhart defends it easily.
McDunn keeping full guard, as Neidhart tries to pass. Neidhart wants to control from the top but McDunn keeps moving. McDunn tries to land a sweep but no joy.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Neidhart looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Neidhart pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. McDunn is keeping the position for now. Neidhart throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as McDunn works some decent striking defense from the bottom. McDunn had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Neidhart defends it easily. Neidhart trying to control but McDunn is working from the bottom.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. McDunn misses with a head kick.
Neidhart lands a lovely overhand right. Neidhart looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. McDunn tries a head kick but it misses.
McDunn looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Neidhart is looking to counter with a shot to the body. McDunn lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Neidhart at a distance.

A countering left hand to the body from McDunn misses. McDunn tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Neidhart paws at him with a jab and circles away. Neidhart half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. McDunn scores with a body shot.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Thomas Neidhart will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Ian McDunn's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

McDunn dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Neidhart. That did some damage! Neidhart tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. McDunn let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land. McDunn shoots in but no luck this time. McDunn throws a shot to the body.

Neidhart misses with an uppercut. McDunn saw that one coming. McDunn lands with a cross. Neidhart plants his feet and throws a 3 punch combo. Miss, miss, boom! The third punch, a big right hook, connects right on the temple and drops McDunn to the mat, unconscious! This fight is all over! McDunn just couldn't keep out of the way of the whole flurry of punches!
