Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Vijay Singh! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
14 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, John Trane! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Trane throws a looping overhand right but Singh ducks down to avoid it. Singh swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Trane walks into a straight right hand from Singh. Trane bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Singh is looking to clinch. Singh throws a jab when Trane was well out of range. That was a close second round but I would say that Vijay Singh will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
