Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rosario Pierce (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Renato Oliveira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Rosario Pierce has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Robert Twigg and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oliveira throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Pierce's waist but Pierce gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Oliveira off to one side.
Oliveira throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Pierce was covering up waiting for the punch and Oliveira finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Oliveira has hold of Pierce's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Pierce tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Oliveira cranks the arm and Pierce screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Pierce, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
