Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tank Abbott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jay Lord (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Tank Abbott! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jay Lord! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Richard Clark and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Abbott throws a jab but it's blocked by Lord. Abbott drops his shoulder and cracks Lord with a huge uppercut! Lord goes down! Can Abbott finish him?
It looks like Jay Lord has been cut. Abbott wants to stand but Lord has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Lord is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Lord controls Abbott momentarily but Abbott frees himself. Lord trying to control the position here. Abbott has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lord has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Abbott off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Tank Abbott seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Abbott is looking to score with low kicks. Lord slips under a jab from Abbott. Lord dodges the punch combination from Abbott.
Lord shoots for a double leg takedown but Abbott sprawls well. He's pushed Lord's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Abbott lands a left and a right that sends Lord crashing to the canvas! Abbott dives into mount looking to finish!
Lord is rocked! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Lord is looking to improve his position but Abbott isn't that keen on the idea. Lord is still in real trouble! Can Abbott finish him? Lord looks gassed! Lord seems to have recovered his senses. Lord wants to control but Abbott is having none of it. Abbott controlling the position easily from mount. Lord is looking to improve his position but Abbott isn't that keen on the idea.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lord squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
Abbott content just to control the position here. Lord can't escape the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Abbott controlling from the full mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tank Abbott dominated that round. The cut man is working on Jay Lord's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Lord shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Abbott as he jumps to the side. Abbott bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Some wild striking there from Abbott.
Abbott connects with a superb combination that knocks Lord out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Abbott before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Lord!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:28 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Tank Abbott!
