Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Benny Rox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dicky Fatton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rox comes to the cage accompanied by The Hampsterdance Song. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Francis DeMontford, Hugh Johnson and Topper Green.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rox scores with the left hand. Fatton knows he should have avoided that one.

It looks like Dicky Fatton has been cut.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Rox missing with knees to the body.
Fatton prevents Rox from breaking the clinch.

Fatton has Rox pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Fatton pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Rox tumbling to the mat - Fatton dives into Rox's guard.
Fatton is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Rox wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Fatton manages to pass to side control.
Fatton scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fatton winds up and cracks Rox with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Fatton takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Fatton takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Rox looks like he's trying to stand up.
Fatton works his foot free and advances to mount.

Fatton has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Rox tries to buck Fatton off but he can't manage it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
A nice elbow there by Fatton.
Rox knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Fatton on the ground.
Fatton lands with some strikes.
Fatton fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Rox wants to try and get back to his feet.
Fatton postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Rox in real trouble here! The ref calls for Rox to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!

Benny Rox spoke after the fight, saying 'I tried my best out in the cage but the other fighter just out fought me in all categories. I just have to get this past me and train myself and try even harder next time.'.
