Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alex Harper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vasily Demchenkov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vasily Demchenkov told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A left and a right from Harper both land. Nice combination.
Harper drops Demchenkov with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Demchenkov looks back up at him and smiles so Harper waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Demchenkov is rocked!
Harper batters Demchenkov with a massive right followed by a huge left! Demchenkov is out on his feet looking like a zombie as Harper lands a final crushing right hand to drop Demchenkov to the mat with a gruesome thud! Harper is running around like a mad man after that fight and for good reason!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Alex Harper!
