Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jackson Teller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and St Pre James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Teller comes to the cage accompanied by This Life . This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Jackson Teller!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, St Pre James!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Chris Edwards and William Gold.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Teller gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows James to score an easy takedown into full guard.
James controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.

Teller escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. James gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
James wants to control from the top but Teller keeps moving.

Teller working for submissions but it's allowed James to get to half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

James is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Teller sees it coming and defends easily.
James scoring with strikes to the body and head.

That's one minute gone in the round.
James is trying to control. Teller wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
We've been hearing good reports from Teller's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
Teller moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

James got a little sloppy there for a moment and Teller has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, James has managed to get both his arms back between Teller's legs - danger averted.

Teller is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
James works over Teller with some ground and pound from guard.
James throws a big elbow that misses.
Teller pulls James in close to his closed guard and prevents James from doing any damage or advancing position.
James throwing strikes but missing.
Teller avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
James trying to control the position from guard on top but Teller is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

James is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

James shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
James misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Teller.
Teller fakes high and swings low for a body shot but James manages to avoid it.
James swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Teller counters with an inside leg kick.
James shoots in looking for a takedown. Teller tries to sprawl out of it but James keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Teller manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
St Pre James seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
James closes the distance and clinches up with Teller, looking for a takedown. James pushes Teller against the cage but Teller circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
As James backs away, Teller returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.
Jackson Teller has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of St Pre James.
James throws a body shot but no joy.
Teller fires out a quick counter leg kick but James just manages to avoid it.

James closes this distance looking for a takedown but Teller circles away.
Teller looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
Teller swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Teller misses with a wild body shot.
Teller dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on James. That did some damage!
James lands a nice looking body shot.
James ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Teller moves away.
Jackson Teller is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Teller misses with a head kick.
James shoots and misses
letting Teller counter with a right hand.

enabling Teller to counter with a crisp jab.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
James throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
A chopping leg kick lands by Teller.
James throws a right hand that misses
and Teller connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Teller throws out a powerful jab.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jackson Teller dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Teller throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Jackson Teller is winning the standup battle so far.
Teller scores with a leg kick.
James lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
James shoots in looking for a takedown but Teller manages to keep the fight standing, pushing James's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
James throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
James ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Teller moves away.
Teller lunges at James with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by James's hand.
James swings widly with a right hand
and Teller counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps James thinking.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Teller stuffs the takedown.
Teller fires out a quick counter leg kick but James just manages to avoid it.
James throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Teller stuffs the takedown attempt from James. James gets slowly back to his feet.
Teller looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
Jackson Teller has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of St Pre James.
James is breathing heavily.

James shoots and misses
and Teller counters with a lovely straight right hand!
A shot to the body from James misses
and Teller counters with a thumping low kick.
James misses the body punch
and Teller counters with a straight right hand.
James chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Teller can pounce on him.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Teller - that will leave a mark!
James misses with a body punch
and James takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Teller throws a series of punches but James moves out of range.
Teller uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from James.
Nice body punch from Teller.
A looping hook to the body misses from Teller. James does a little dance to reset his feet.
James misses with a right hand
and Teller counters with a nice leg kick.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Teller clobbers James with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Teller throws a head kick that misses.
James on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
James throws an off balance right hand
and Teller counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Teller throws a quick inside leg kick.
James throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and James takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
James tries to score a power double leg takedown but Teller sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten James somewhat.
Teller defends well against a solid takedown attempt from James.
It looked like Teller was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
James misses with a left hand
and Teller counters with a nice leg kick.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
James rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
letting Teller counter with a right hand.
James with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Teller to score with a decent uppercut.
Teller lands a straight punch to the body, keeping James at a distance.
James throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Teller ducks under a wild hook from James.
James is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Teller rather than just go for the knockout.
James tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Teller was well out of range. Poor timing from James.
Teller chopping away at his opponent's legs.
A solid leg kick lands there for Teller.
James changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Teller tries to avoid it but James manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Teller to the ground. Teller escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Teller is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that James can do to turn this around?
Teller lands with an uppercut that bounces James off the cage and back into range.
Teller connects with a looping right hand.


James is rocked!

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Teller.
James is still on wobbly legs! Can Teller finish him?
A jab from Teller does it's job there.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Teller cracks James with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! James falls to his knees and Teller doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:12 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jackson Teller!
Jackson Teller seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
