Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Jonathan Paton and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grantham dives in and grabs Thomas's left leg, looking for a takedown. Thomas pushes down on Grantham's head and hops out.
Grantham tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Thomas swivels and escapes.
Thomas appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Grantham closes the distance and clinches up with Thomas, looking for a takedown. Grantham pushes Thomas against the cage but Thomas circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Denver Thomas has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ethan Grantham.
Thomas swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Thomas has Grantham up against the cage in a clinch.
Thomas is pressed up against the cage. Grantham has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Thomas down to the mat. Thomas avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Grantham tries to clinch but Thomas moves away
and Thomas counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Thomas stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Grantham to get to his feet.
Thomas really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Grantham tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Thomas defends well and Grantham ends up having to push Thomas into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Thomas stalks Grantham and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Grantham's face. Grantham staggers backwards, shaken.

Grantham tries to kick Thomas off but Thomas keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

Grantham really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Thomas. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Thomas is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Grantham can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Thomas looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Grantham has picked Thomas up and slammed him! Thomas can't keep hold of the triangle and Grantham manages to pass to side control!
Grantham stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Grantham shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Thomas as he avoids it easily.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Grantham is defended easily by Thomas.

Well Thomas has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
