Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jimmy Wallhead! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, George Francis and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wallhead is looking to take this fight into the clinch. It looked like Stone was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Wallhead tries to close the distance and clinch but Stone swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Wallhead looks to clinch and Stone counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Stone looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Stone stalling. Stone thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Wallhead's head. Wallhead really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Stone. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Stone passes the guard and advances to mount! Stone has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Stone looking to control and managing it successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round. Poor strikes thrown by Stone there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Stone looking to control and managing it successfully. Stone has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Stone thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Stone lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Stone is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Stone!
