The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kozlov misses with a looping right. Kozlov throws a right and a left that both miss. Good shot there by Dreesen. Kozlov darts in and clinches Dreesen up against the cage. Kozlov working hard to break the clinch. Dreesen blocks the elbow strike.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Kozlov looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Kozlov works the jab nicely. Dreesen moves away from the strike by Kozlov.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kozlov breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Kozlov is rocked! Dreesen moves away from the strike by Kozlov. Dreesen seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance. Kozlov is still on wobbly legs! Can Dreesen finish him? Dreesen feints a jab and as Kozlov dips his head, Dreesen unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Kozlov right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Kozlov falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! Dreesen smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Virgil Dreesen!
