Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Hulk Kelly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jase Hein (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Hulk Kelly! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jase Hein! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Trevor Gratis and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kelly on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Kelly connects with a leg kick. Hein looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Kelly is looking to clinch. Hein fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Kelly to the ground. Hein is now in Kelly's guard. Hein trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Kelly knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Hein on the ground. Kelly throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. Hein slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Hein working away. Hein taking a breather here. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
That's one minute gone in the round. It looks like Hein might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Kelly tries to improve position but can't. Hein stands up. Kelly throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Hein on the side of the head. Kelly shoots in looking for a takedown. Hein tries to sprawl out of it but Kelly keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Hein manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Hein looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hein sitting in guard here, content to control. Hein tries to free his leg and advance position but Kelly is retaining full guard. Hein cracks Kelly with a solid left hand. Hein slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Kelly utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Hein engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Hein passes Kelly's left leg - he's now in half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kelly is looking to control Hein's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Kelly avoid being mounted? Hein is controlling the pace.
Hein moves into full mount! Kelly won't be happy about that!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Hein controlling the pace for now. Hein has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Kelly's face.

Hein looking for the choke from the back. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Good control from Hein. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hein lands with a big left hand that may well have hurt his opponent. Can Kelly hold on?!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jase Hein dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Hein has managed to clinch.
Hein pulls guard effortlessly. Kelly trying to control but Hein is working from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hein kicks Kelly off and gets to his feet. Hein has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Hein moves into range and clinches up with Kelly. Hein softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Hein tightens his grip and picks Kelly up, before dumping him to the ground. Kelly manages to land in guard. Hein controlling from the top position. Kelly is wriggling around but Hein manages to pass to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kelly is trying to maintain the position but Hein is very close to passing his half guard. Kelly might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Hein sitting and controlling from the half guard. Kelly trying to control here.
Jase Hein has got the better of the ground game so far. Hein is controlling the pace.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Kelly is looking for a sweep. Hein is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Hein content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Kelly wants to sweep but Hein has passed to side control! Kelly is trying to get back to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hein is putting a hurting on Kelly here, landing some big shots from side control. Hein controls the position. Hein tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Hein has hold of Kelly's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Kelly seems comfortable defending it but Hein has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Kelly is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Kelly is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Hein couldn't care less - he's delighted!
