Matwijenko scores with a nice strike.
Matwijenko throws an overhand right that lands on Pitbull's shoulder, as Pitbull tries to avoid the shot.
Matwijenko keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
A combination from Matwijenko does no damage.
Matwijenko leaves Pitbull with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Matwijenko walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Pitbull drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Matwijenko swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Pitbull's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Iwan Matwijenko!
Iwan Matwijenko spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
