Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kung Le (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Domonic Parks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kung Le could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Domonic Parks's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kung Le! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Domonic Parks! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Hirohito Nitta and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Le tries to clinch but Parks moves out of range. A head kick from Parks lands but Le takes it in his stride. Parks keeps the fight on the outside. Parks swats away the attempt to clinch by Le. Parks misses with a takedown attempt - Le sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Le tries to clinch up but Parks circles away and keeps his distance. Parks moves into the clinch. Le tries a knee to the head but Parks blocks it.

Le connects with a massive knee from the clinch and Parks goes down! Le jumps into full mount looking to finish!
Parks is rocked!
It looks like Domonic Parks has been cut. Le sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Parks is still in real trouble! Can Le finish him? Parks is trying desperately to improve position.

That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Le tries to stand up but Parks had a hold of his arm and he's managed to perform a nice reversal, into half guard. Parks seems to be looking for submissions.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Le is staying active underneath Parks, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Parks wants to free his trapped foot but Le is holding on for dear life with his legs. Le might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Parks works his way into full mount! Parks lands with some strikes. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Kung Le will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Domonic Parks's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Le tries to clinch and Parks counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Le is looking to escape. Le is staying active underneath Parks, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Le pushes Parks off looking to stand but Parks dives back in and keeps control.
Le knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Parks on the ground. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Parks in particular looking to stall. Parks is trying to control the action in half guard but Le is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Parks stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. Kung Le is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Le tries to clinch and Parks counters with a takedown into side control. Le is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Parks asserts his dominance and retains side control. Parks stands up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Parks digs a good hook to Le's body.
Parks throws a head kick but Le moves out of range.
Le closes the distance but Parks moves to the side and Parks counters with a head kick. Le tries to clinch and Parks counters with a nice kick to the body. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Le tries to clinch but Parks moves away and Parks counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Le wants to clinch but Parks slips to the side and Parks counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Parks seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Le does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Parks is just content to waste time from the top position. Le takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard. Le on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Le tries to get out of the position. Parks stands up and waves to Le to follow him. Nice takedown defense from Le. No joy for Parks on that attempt.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Le tries to clinch up and Parks counters with a body kick that stops Le in his tracks momentarily. Le looks to clinch and Parks counters with a three punch combo that has Le backing up. Le nods at Parks to acknowledge the strikes. Le closes the distance looking to clinch and Parks counters with a head kick. That will keep Le thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! Parks throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Le. Le clinches but Parks breaks the clinch and Parks counters by moving into the clinch. Le creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses. Nice elbow from Le. Parks blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Parks has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Le is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Le creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Parks's defenses. Le landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Le with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head. Le unloads a knee to the mid-section. Parks lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Domonic Parks showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Domonic Parks's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Parks circles away from the clinch attempt and Parks counters with a big head kick but Le shrugs it off. Le tries to clinch but fails miserably and Parks counters with a flying knee. Nice. Le tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Parks counters with a head kick. That will keep Le thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! Nice takedown defense from Le. No joy for Parks on that attempt. Parks circles away from the clinch attempt and Parks counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Parks. Both fighters are breathing heavily. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Parks controls from within his opponent's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Parks advances to half guard. Parks passes to full mount! Domonic Parks has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Parks throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Le is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Parks is working for a guillotine from mount but Le frees his head quite easily.

And that's the end of the fight! Domonic Parks comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Parks has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
