Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Chet Lamare (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dickie Dirty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lamare kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Opeth. Dirty has chosen Dear Penis - Country song as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dirty is looking to control Lamare's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Dirty avoid being mounted?

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Dirty dives in and grabs Lamare's left leg, looking for a takedown. Lamare pushes down on Dirty's head and hops out.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dirty shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Lamare sprawls well. Lamare wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Dirty gets slowly back to his feet.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Chet Lamare.
I think Dirty has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

After the fight, Dickie Dirty was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
In defeat, Chet Lamare stepped up to the mic, saying 'I'm not sure where to go from here? Do I keep fighting?'.
