Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Steel Cage! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sandor Clegane! The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Steve Montenegro and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Clegane throws out a powerful jab.
It looks like Steel Cage has been cut. Oooooh!!! Clegane has knocked Cage down with a huge combo! Clegane steps away and waves a wobbly Cage back to his feet! This one might not go much longer! Cage scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
It looks like Sandor Clegane has been cut. This has been an exciting period of action! Clegane throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Cage was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Clegane lands with a nice body punch. Clegane tries to bum rush Cage with a series of wild strikes but Cage uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Cage jabs Clegane to the body, keeping him at a distance. Sandor Clegane seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Donk. Cage catches Clegane right on the button with a cross. Clegane lands a big right hand that sends Cage crashing to the mat! Clegane stays standing though and waves Cage back to his feet!
Cage is rocked! Clegane gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Cage. Cage slips under a jab. It looked like Cage was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Cage uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Clegane.
Clegane throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Cage avoids the body shot from Clegane.
Cage throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Clegane stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
That's one minute gone in the round. Clegane misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
It looked like Cage was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Clegane looks winded! Clegane misses with a two punch combination.
Clegane on the wrong end of a nice hook. Cage ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Clegane on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
A shot to the liver by Cage. Beautiful body shot. The fighters circle momentarily. Cage darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Cage comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Cage lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Clegane looks up at the clock. Bad move! Cage lands a right hand from hell, dropping Clegane. Cage pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Steel Cage! The defeated Sandor Clegane had this to say: 'give me some fookin ale ya twats!!!'.
