Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Puntti Manne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Craig Anderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Manne's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Redrama - Music. Anderson has chosen The High Road as his entrance music. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Puntti Manne!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Craig Anderson!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Paul Tew and Richard Clark.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Manne throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Anderson appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
Manne punishes Anderson's body with a nice straight punch.

Anderson gets a takedown into half guard.
Anderson not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Manne is trying to maintain the position but Anderson is very close to passing his half guard.
Manne works his way to full guard. Good work.
Manne is trying to control the position but Anderson postures up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Manne is on top in guard.

Anderson bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Manne's guard.

Anderson thows a huge punch but Manne dodges it nicely.
Anderson has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Manne can't escape the position.

Anderson moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Manne has worked his arm free - good work by Manne!
Manne is looking to regain half guard here but Anderson keeps moving and retains side control.
Anderson wants to lay and pray for a moment but Manne keeps working.
Anderson is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

Anderson lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Anderson working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.
Anderson cracks Manne with a big right hand but Manne just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Anderson tries to advance to mount but can't.
Anderson misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Anderson lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Manne down.
Anderson tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.

Anderson is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Anderson is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Manne knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Manne is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Craig Anderson dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Manne tries to counter with a takedown but Anderson is quick to defend against it.

Manne throws out a loose jab but Anderson uses good head movement to avoid it.
Anderson has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
The fight stays on the outside here - Anderson looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Manne feints and as Anderson raises his hands in defense, Manne changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Manne is looking to work some ground and pound but Anderson has wrist control.

Anderson ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Anderson pivots, looking for a leg kick but Manne is out of range and Anderson settles back down.
Manne misses with a body kick.
Anderson throws a big counter head kick but Manne avoids it with no problem.
Anderson fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Manne lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Manne throws a half hearted mid kick.
Good exchange - Manne coming out on top.
Anderson throws a solid leg kick but Manne takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Anderson.
Manne pulls out of a head kick attempt.

The fighters circling - Anderson throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Manne lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.

Anderson takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Anderson shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Manne but Manne pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Manne clobbers Anderson with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Manne takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Manne throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Manne throws a push kick but Anderson slaps the foot to one side.

Manne on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Anderson scores with a nice head shot.
Manne throws the kick towards the body but Anderson avoids it.
Manne blocks a low kick nicely.

Anderson misses with a low kick.
Manne cracks Anderson with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Anderson steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Manne.

Manne tries to keep at a distance but Anderson has taken the fight into the clinch.

Manne escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Manne feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Anderson's calf.
Manne throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Anderson sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Anderson tries a quick counter leg kick but Manne is wise to it.
Anderson takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A lazy left from Manne finds it's target.
Manne loads up on a big right hand but Anderson slips the punch.
Manne throws an overhand right that lands on Anderson's shoulder, as Anderson tries to avoid the shot.
Anderson has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Manne.
Anderson throws a low kick but Manne moves out of range easily.
Manne throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Manne throws a jab but it's blocked by Anderson.

Anderson dives in and scores a takedown into Manne's guard.

Anderson is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Manne working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Anderson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Anderson manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Anderson tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Manne is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Anderson off and has taken his back!
Manne throwing strikes from the back - he gets a warning from the referee for striking the back of the head but all these shots are hurting Anderson!

You can see the frustration on Anderson's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Manne lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Manne is riding his opponent, not letting Anderson buck him off.
Manne tries to keep control of the position but Anderson is staying busy.

Puntti Manne showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Manne has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

In his post fight interview, Puntti Manne started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
