Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dimentiy Boykin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Kessler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boykin comes to the cage accompanied by Пересмотри. Kessler is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Yattering - Chase of Thoughts . There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 30 - 27 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Dimentiy Boykin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 22 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jack Kessler!
The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Konstantin Menshow and Valeri Chadov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boykin moves out of range of the body kick from Kessler.
Boykin appears to be looking for a counter takedown.

Boykin scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
A lull in the action here as Boykin stalls from top position.
Kessler parries the strikes from Boykin easily there. Boykin is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Kessler to escape.
Kessler tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Boykin wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Kessler is trying to control Boykin's posture but Boykin avoids it.

Boykin working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Boykin is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Kessler is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Kessler is trying to control Boykin's posture but Boykin avoids it.

Boykin is pressing down on Kessler's thigh, looking to free his foot. Kessler is holding on for now.

Boykin wants to pass to mount but Kessler is defending the position.
Boykin is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Kessler!

Kessler is desperately trying to improve his position but Boykin has a good base and remains in mount.

Boykin bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Boykin goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Kessler has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Boykin but great work by Kessler.

Kessler looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Boykin with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Kessler tries to pass the half guard into mount. Boykin knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Boykin is looking to control Kessler's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Boykin avoid being mounted?
Kessler misses with a head shot. Boykin uses the momentum to regain guard.

Dimentiy Boykin overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Boykin lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Kessler backs up against the cage.

Boykin escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Kessler gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Kessler got a little sloppy there for a moment and Boykin has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Kessler has managed to get both his arms back between Boykin's legs - danger averted.
Kessler wants to control from the top but Boykin keeps moving.

I think Kessler has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
