The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Konstantin Menshow and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boycheck tries to close the distance and clinch up but Mabogo swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Boycheck bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Mabogo avoids the body shot from Boycheck.
Mabogo looks like he wanted to counter with a high kick but didn't throw it.
Boycheck misses with a leg kick.
Boycheck swings for the body but Mabogo moves out of range.
Mabogo shapes to counter with a head kick.
Mabogo circles away from the clinch attempt.
Mabogo throws a big counter head kick but Boycheck avoids it with no problem.
A head kick misses from Mabogo.
Boycheck lands with a cross.
Mabogo throws a head kick that misses.
Mabogo on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Mabogo misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Boycheck looks for the body kick but Mabogo saw that one coming.
Nice combo by Boycheck! Oh, that's hurt him - Mabogo falls to the canvas and Boycheck follows him into side control.
Mabogo is rocked!
It looks like Kenalemodisa Mabogo has been cut.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Boycheck in side control here. He's dropped a big elbow there and Mabogo looks hurt! Oh, he is hurt! Boycheck turns on the heat and pounds him out for a TKO victory! Good killer instinct there!
