Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, John Winters!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Noah CD!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Winters scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Winters passes the guard and advances to mount!
CD manages to work a leg through to get back to half guard here. Good work there by CD, under a barage of strikes from Winters.
Winters throwing shots but CD is blocking nicely.
Winters wants to lay and pray for a moment but CD keeps working.
Winters missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Winters throwing shots but CD is blocking nicely.

Winters is working for an americana but CD has been sneaky and has managed to get back to half guard, whilst Winters was thinking about the submission.

That's one minute gone in the round.
CD keeping moving, preventing Winters from controlling successfully.
CD wants to stand but Winters is controlling the position.
CD preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Winters will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
CD throws a series of strikes that have Winters backpedaling.


It looks like John Winters has been cut.
CD fails with an attempt to clinch.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
CD will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Winters swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Winters tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but CD swivels and escapes.
Winters takes a kick to the side of the head.
CD cracks Winters with an open hand slap.


Winters is rocked!
Noah CD is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
This has been an exciting period of action!
CD fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Winters.
Winters is breathing heavily.
Winters shoots for a double leg takedown but CD sprawls well. He's pushed Winters's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for John Winters. That's going to take a lot out of him.
CD explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
CD looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.

CD gets a clinch.
CD lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Winters backwards.
CD connects with a knee to the head.

CD breaks the clinch.
Winters takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
The fighters circle, before CD throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Winters's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! CD lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
