The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Frank Dennis and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Man throws a right and a left that Perkules avoids nicely.
Perkules steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Man.
Perkules takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
It looks like Veli Ilkka Perkules has been cut.
Good work by Man as he checks the leg kick.
Man fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Perkules pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Perkules misses with a body shot.
Man checks a low kick from Perkules.
Man is looking to counter punch.
Man takes a swing at Perkules's ribcage but misses.
Man moves out of range of the strikes.
It looked like Man was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Man feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Perkules sprawling to the canvas! Perkules rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Man finish him?!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Nice defenses there by Man.
Man cracks Perkules with a left hook right on the temple and Perkules goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Man lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Perkules is OK!
