Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Fernando Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Lawrence (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diaz comes to the cage accompanied by Boombastic (Mr Lover Lover) by Shaggy. Lawrence is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Business - Eminem. Johnny Lawrence will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Patrick Alders and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaz misses with a body shot.
Lawrence feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Diaz's calf.
Diaz looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Diaz moves out of range of the body kick from Lawrence.
Lawrence throws a sloppy body shot
and Diaz counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Lawrence!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Diaz has hold of Lawrence's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Lawrence seems comfortable defending it but Diaz has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Lawrence is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Lawrence is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Diaz couldn't care less - he's delighted!

Fernando Diaz decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
